Recruitment Specialist Opportunity

The role of Recruitment Specialist is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle. This encompasses sourcing, screening, and placement processes.

Key to success in this role is establishing and maintaining strong connections with clients and candidates alike. A seamless collaboration with fellow recruiters is also essential.

  • Sourcing and closing candidates through effective client relationships and communication skills.
  • Maintaining data hygiene within applicant tracking systems.

Requirements for this position include 2-3 years of full-service recruitment experience, proven sourcing and closing abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while being a team player.

Flexible Work Arrangement

We offer flexibility prioritizing team culture. All freelancers are expected to:

  • Join the team in the office at least once a week.
  • Spent 2 to 3 hours with the team during that day.
  • Have lunch together.

This facilitates alignment, rapport-building, and meaningful insights sharing.
