Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Massage Therapist to join our team at SPA D LITE in Singapore.

About the Role

This is a full-time position requiring a 6-day work week with flexibility to commit on weekends and public holidays. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in providing spa massage and treatments, with strong knowledge of ITEC/WSQ certification or massage therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-quality professional spa massages and treatments in accordance with industry standards.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to all applicable health and safety regulations.
  3. Effectively manage appointments, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
  4. Promote excellent customer service, responding promptly to queries and meeting customer needs and expectations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in spa therapy, preferably with ITEC/WSQ certification or massage therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Able to commit to a 6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
