Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement cycles including planning, monitoring and reporting.
  • Build strategic partnerships with suppliers to optimize costs and ensure product availability.
  • Develop and implement efficient procurement processes for inventory and RMA management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing, availability checks and estimates.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee fleet purchases, maintenance and operational equipment procurement.

Logistics and Operations:

  • Streamline the processing and tracking of shipments.
  • Process sales orders through the corporate ERP system and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Manage RMAs, serial numbers and company tools inventory.
  • Ensure a safe and organized warehouse and workshop environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Procurement experience in APAC region.
  • Strong supplier relationships and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
