About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Transformation Specialist to join our team in Deloitte Consulting PTE. LTD.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth of our SAP FICO business in Southeast Asia by overseeing the creation, sale, and delivery of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews with clients to analyze their financial processes, reporting requirements, and system capabilities.
  • Provide expert guidance on industry-leading practices and SAP recommended processes within the FICO domain.
  • Develop target state SAP FICO solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with leading practices and strategic objectives.
  • Analyze the existing application landscape to design effective interfaces with SAP FICO solutions, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Perform SAP FICO configuration and testing activities, developing detailed specifications for the creation of financial reports, forms, and interfaces.
  • Lead consultant and client teams throughout the SAP FICO implementation cycle, including planning, execution of testing, data migration, and cutover activities.
  • Support change management initiatives by developing comprehensive training materials, delivering training sessions, and providing post-implementation user support.
  • Broaden your network by building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring project success.
  • Collaborate with hardware and platform vendors to provision the necessary systems for SAP FICO deployment.

About You

  • You hold a good honors Degree, preferably in Information Technology / Business / Engineering / Mathematics or related disciplines.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO is required, with at least 4 to 5 end-to-end full life cycles of SAP FICO Module implementations completed.
  • Senior Consultants will require some team leading experiences, making them ideal candidates for this role.
  • Relevant certifications in SAP FICO or related fields are highly desirable.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects in a multi-cultural work environment, are essential.
  • Sound business acumen, teamwork, and leadership qualities make you a perfect fit for this position.
  • Willingness to work outside of office base and travel for project assignments is a prerequisite.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
