About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our finance business partnering function in South East Asia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights and decision support to drive business performance.

Your primary focus will be on collaborating with senior leaders to align financial strategies with business objectives, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Performance Management: Lead the development and implementation of enterprise performance management frameworks to measure and manage performance across the organization.
  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Provide strategic direction and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving informed decision-making through data-driven insights.
Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with 8-10 years of experience in finance leadership roles.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and coaching skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
  • Business acumen and strategic insight, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
