Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing impactful brand building strategies, ads, and initiatives to strengthen our brand positioning and build brand experiences (local and global). This role will also involve formulating and executing integrated communication campaigns for the Corporation and other business markets, establishing partnerships with industry companies, agencies, media outlets, and other external partners for collaborations to broaden the reach of our brand messaging.

To achieve these goals, the Digital Marketing Strategist will conduct regular and consistent research, brand competitive analysis, and surveys to identify brand awareness gaps, with current marketing trends and industry practices to help develop leading strategies to support the Corporation in achieving its business objectives.

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, finance, or any related field, with more than 5 years' proven marketing experience of digital/event marketing gained in sizable technology/internet or fintech/financial companies. The ideal candidate should possess innovative thinking ability, good communication ability, and strong data analysis ability, skilled use of various office software, and copywriting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch integrated marketing campaigns
  • Maintain and improve website content, social media, and email marketing efforts
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, finance, or any related field
  • More than 5 years' proven marketing experience of digital/event marketing gained in sizable technology/internet or fintech/financial companies
  • Familiarity with content integrated marketing, project control, execution ability, adaptability, and rich experience in organization and scheduling
  • Excellent brand awareness and deep insights into brand, market, and marketing
  • Possess innovative thinking ability, good communication ability, and strong data analysis ability, skilled use of various office software
  • Copywriting skills (present samples of work, if available)
