Project Manager Job Description

Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of critical IT projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will lead technical investigations, issue resolution, vendor coordination, and ensure timely execution of project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure.
  • Drive technical investigations and issue resolution across multiple applications and environments.
  • Oversee Change Requests (CRs) and Service Requests (SRs) ensuring timely closure.
  • Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and government stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Engage with steering committees and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Apply Agile methodology and governance frameworks for effective project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in managing IT projects in public sector or large enterprises.
  • Experience in vendor management and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and governance practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience delivering projects within Singapore Government agencies.
  • Familiarity with GCC and GPC environments, IM8 compliance, PDPA guidelines, and government security frameworks.
