Marketing Professional Job Description

The primary goal of this position is to promote awareness of our services through various marketing communication channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the execution of diverse marketing strategies to support regional business growth, auctions pre-sale/post-sale activities, and strengthening our business development in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist departments with tailored marketing plans based on regional marketing strategies to support their objectives and targets.
  • Create and execute customized marketing communications plans in support of central marketing initiatives.
  • Develop, draft, and produce marketing materials including brochures, presentations, event invitations, client collaterals, press releases, and web content.
  • Develop a marketing calendar and communicate it with internal business partners, including social media posting pipelines.
  • Develop video and other digital channels, partnering with specialists to develop key messages and scripts where relevant.
  • Manage the production of campaign effectiveness reports for each campaign and assess against goals (ROI, KPIs).
  • Utilize analytical tools to track and evaluate the performance of individual initiatives and overall regional success.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing and communications experience.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related courses.
  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with associates and clients.
  • Solid experience marketing to HNW/UHNW client segments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in written communications with online experience desired.
  • Understanding of the intersection of digital, social, and traditional marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills - proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables to strict deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to work across different audiences, personalities, and experience levels.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience using a wide variety of analytic tools, including using market research and data analysis to inform the formulation of marketing communication strategies.
  • Knowledge of digital analytics tools desirable (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Team player and thrive in a high delivery and performance driven environment.
Technical Skills:
  • PC literate with MS Office applications and Adobe Photoshop.
