Clinical Healthcare Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Clinic Assistant. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our healthcare practice and ensuring our patients receive exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:- Reception: Registration, answering telephone inquiries, assisting with appointment scheduling, booking OT, scans, tracing reports and managing the clinic's patient workflow
- Dispensing medicines under supervision, preferably with knowledge of medical protocols
- Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic
- Providing administrative support to the medical team, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Facilitating communication between patients, medical staff, and other healthcare providers
- Ensuring the clinic's drugs supplies and inventory are well-stocked and maintained
- Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
- Previous experience as a Clinic Assistant or in a similar healthcare administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in using medical software and office equipment
- A genuine interest in healthcare and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and protocols
