Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily store visits to maintain product presence and visibility.
- BUILD STRONG WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH STORE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT.
- Evaluate product displays, stock levels, and inventory management processes.
- Collaborate with store personnel to optimize product replenishment and inventory control.
- Develop and implement visually appealing promotional displays and in-store activations.
- Support product sampling initiatives and live demonstrations to engage customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering product inquiries, offering recommendations, and addressing issues promptly.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional efforts for strategic insights.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the management and product development teams.
- Submit regular reports on sales performance, stock levels, display conditions, and any issues or opportunities identified.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene practices and regulations.
