Forecasting and Replenishment Leader

The successful candidate will drive the strategic direction and execution of forecasting and replenishment capabilities, leading the development and implementation of solutions to optimize inventory management.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to define requirements, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and replenishment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap for forecasting and replenishment solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Evaluate and implement features of third-party tools to address business needs.
  • Drive adoption of scalable solutions by ensuring proper configurations, integrations, and user training.

Expertise in Demand Planning:

  • Provide insights into category dynamics and their impact on forecasting accuracy and replenishment cycles.
  • Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to incorporate AI/ML-driven forecasting models where relevant.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements and define to-be business processes.
  • Interface with engineering and consulting teams to ensure seamless system integration and solution delivery.

Implementation & Optimization:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, design, and testing of forecasting and replenishment solutions.
  • Continuously monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements based on user feedback and business needs.

Qualifications:

  • 7–8 years of experience in Demand Forecasting and Replenishment, Retail, and CPG functions.
  • Proven expertise in implementing, configuring, designing, and integrating leading forecasting and replenishment solutions.
  • Strong understanding of category dynamics and their impact on demand planning and replenishment processes.
  • Experience in developing requirement specifications, process mapping, and capturing business needs for consulting and implementation.
  • Functional expertise in architecture, design, and testing of forecasting and replenishment systems, with a track record of driving successful implementations.
  • Solid experience in business analysis, including requirements elicitation, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
  • Exceptional planning, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to interface with multiple teams and resolve dependencies.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to align technical solutions with business goals.
