Job Title: Software Architecture Leader
We are seeking an experienced Software Architecture Leader to develop complex IT architectures and provide strategic-technological advice to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and experience in software development and architecture.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement complex IT architectures for innovative software solutions
  • Provide strategic-technological advice to clients
  • Manage teams from a technical perspective from kick-off to roll-out
  • Work closely with project management team
  • Win over, inspire, and mobilize project teams and clients for ideas
  • Couch team members in software engineering and architecture and apply agile principles
  • Contribute to the success of various projects
  • Further develop our network of experts and work on group-wide initiatives

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer and/or Architect
  • Knowledge in developing highly available and secure cloud solutions
  • Expertise in software architectures and documentation
  • Experience in backend technologies (Java, Spring Boot, SQL/NoSQL databases, Apache Kafka)
  • Knowledge of DevOps/GitOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring, security)
  • Leadership qualities, coaching, and mentoring mentality, growth mindset, willingness to learn continuously
  • Ability to shape and develop colleagues' careers
