Senior Facade Designer

This is a senior role for an experienced facade designer. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in façade design, cladding, curtain walling, and glazing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze architectural and structural drawings to prepare tenders.
  • Create and coordinate concept, shop, and detailed drawings for review before submission.
  • Assist in quantity take-offs for project materials.
  • Coordinate on-site project activities from presentation to completion.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all drawings.
  • Evaluate subcontractor performance based on quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in civil/structural engineering or related fields.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and BIM.
  • Strong design and sketching skills.
