Visual Communications Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Communications Specialist to design visually appealing artwork based on client requirements, conceptualize and create professional layouts or designs for promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design creative artwork based on client's theme and layout principles.
  • Conceptualize and create professional layouts or designs for promotional materials, e-greetings, and outdoor decoration projects.
  • Design communication and marketing collateral such as product catalogues, company letterhead, business name card, press ads, etc.
  • Execute various aspects of production including printing, scanning, digital retouching, image editing, special effects, and file manipulation and layout.
  • Update and maintain company website and social media pages.
  • Basic photography and photo editing skills.
  • Ad-hoc design-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Detailed oriented, highly creative, able to think out-of-the-box and highly organized.
  • Ability and willingness to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work in a team setting and also independently.
  • Competent working with Adobe Creative Suite (predominantly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office.
  • An impressive portfolio which demonstrates creative and high-quality design through a variety of projects.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
