Job Overview

This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all assigned apartments, linen cabinet and surrounding areas on the floors.
The successful candidate will report any defects found in the apartments.
Maintenance of all equipment in good working conditions is also part of this role.
The ideal candidate must report lost or damaged linens, furniture, fixture or equipment in apartment to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Able to speak and write simple English.
Hotel or serviced apartments experience and knowledge would be an advantage.
On-the-job training will be provided for those without relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of all assigned apartments, including linen cabinets and surrounding areas.
2. Reporting Defects: Report any defects found in the apartments to the management.
3. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition.
4. Communication Skills: Possess basic communication skills to interact with colleagues and guests.
5. Training and Development: Participate in on-the-job training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field (not required)
Minimum 6 months' experience in housekeeping or related role (advantageous)
Basic knowledge of English language and communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities

Salary and Benefits
