Job Title: Landscape Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee and coordinate landscape projects from inception to completion.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage landscape projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
  • Work closely with landscape designers, contractors, business development team and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits to inspect work quality and ensure compliance with safety standards and design specifications
  • Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the course of the project
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, schedules, and reports
  • Assist in sourcing materials, preparing cost estimates, and managing procurement processes
  • Ensure that all landscape work complies with relevant regulations, permits, and environmental standards
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Design, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in landscape or construction project coordination
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
