Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Planner to join our team at Recruitpedia Pte. Ltd. as a key member of our Planning department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective inventory management strategies to optimize material flow and meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory management systems, including forecasting, order promising, and material requirements planning (MRP).
  • Collaborate with production teams to determine optimal production planning schedules and inventory levels to meet business needs.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide training and coaching to junior planners to ensure knowledge transfer and development.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using coding languages such as Python, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and Excel VBA.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of demand planning and forecasting techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
