Project Manager - Operations Leadership

As a key member of our operations leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our projects.

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in leading complex initiatives and teams. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of project execution, from planning to delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and risk management
  • Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders, clients, and team members
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in operations leadership
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, with experience presenting to stakeholders and senior leadership
