
Retail Operations Leader

Job Title: Key Performance Manager.
We are seeking a results-driven leader to head our retail operations and drive sales performance across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a willingness to learn technical product knowledge.
The successful candidate will be responsible for training and guiding retail staff, recruiting and interviewing new team members, and conducting onboarding sessions. They will also be responsible for monitoring daily operations, handling customer service matters, and resolving in-store complaints efficiently.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are essential.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Flexible to visit and support various store locations.
- Possess a passion for team development and customer satisfaction.
