Fitness and Wellness Coordinator

Job Description:

The Fitness and Wellness Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the fitness and wellness operations of the hotel. This involves ensuring guests receive exceptional health and wellness services, including maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the fitness center and spa facilities.

This role also entails developing and implementing wellness programs, fitness classes, and personalized training sessions for guests. Additionally, the coordinator will provide advice to guests on the correct method of exercising with fitness equipment.

Provision of exceptional customer service in accordance with hotel standards is also a key aspect of this role. The coordinator will address guest inquiries and wellness needs promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise daily operations of the fitness center and spa facilities.
  2. Develop and implement wellness programs, fitness classes, and personalized training sessions for guests.
  3. Provide advice to guests on the correct method of exercising with fitness equipment.
  4. Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the fitness center and spa facilities.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with hotel standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a diploma in fitness or an equivalent qualification. They should also have at least two years of related work experience and relevant certifications such as CPR and first aid. A fitness equipment certification is also desirable.
