Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Systems Analysis Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and maintenance of various systems, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis
    • Evaluate business requirements from stakeholders and collaborate with the team to assess relevant solutions.
    • Identify key business objectives and work with the team to achieve them.
  • System & Operation Support
    • Provide first-level support to Operations Users and resolve shopfloor-related incidents for BTS supported IT/OT systems.
    • Execute crisis management plans for critical manufacturing & lab systems and assist in coordinating major systems downtime or disruption events.
    • Perform systems administration tasks such as user access management, systems audit trail review, backup and restore, data archival, shopfloor qualification, and coordination of systems patching/systems downtime activities.
    • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Manufacturing, Lab & Enterprise systems.
    • Participate in investigations arising out of products or Quality processes, security non-compliance, to perform product impact assessment, root cause analysis, and ensure effective corrective action and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Projects
    • Execute small-scale projects or programs and engage stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.
    • Execute local projects (includes develop test cases, perform qualification and post-support of the change) for Manufacturing, Lab & Engineering.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Execute plans for process improvement and optimization (e.g., support regulatory requirements, process improvements initiatives, resource assessment, deployment methods, and considerations in generating and translating process improvement ideas into workable concepts).
    • Perform other responsibilities or tasks assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Engineering.
  • Good understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, DevOps.
  • Understanding of various programming languages (e.g., C#, Python, R, VBA), database management (e.g., SQL), and network infrastructure is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Extract, Transform & Load process.
  • Knowledge in the usage of tools and technology relevant to data & systems analysis.
  • Ability to exercise agility & flexibility in an ambiguous, diverse & fast-paced environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • High degree of initiative, ownership & collaboration to work in a cross-functional setting.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
