Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Advisor to join our team. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert financial advice to clients, helping them make informed decisions about their financial futures.

Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with clients, understand their financial needs, and provide personalized solutions that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry developments, new products, and services, and communicating this knowledge to clients in a clear and concise manner.

\

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • \
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles in the financial services industry;\
  • A good understanding of financial planning and the insurance industry;\
  • Sound knowledge of insurance products and collective investment schemes;\
  • Able to carry out duties independently with minimal supervision;\
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly, working under pressure and time constraints;\
  • Self-motivated with a resilient mindset to achieve objectives and key results;\
  • CMFAS Modules 5, 9, 9A and HI qualifications; M8, M8A, BCP, PGI and ComGI will be an added advantage;\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;\
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients;\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;\
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;\
  • Familiarity with technology and data analysis tools.\
