Wildlife Management Officer

This is a full-time role for a dedicated professional to strengthen field operations and support sustainable urban coexistence.

About the Job
  • Conduct safe and humane wildlife handling, relocation in accordance with company protocols and regulatory guidelines (training will be provided).
  • Perform transportation and ethical removal of animals from residential, commercial, or public areas.
  • Respond to wildlife-related incidents and provide on-site assessment and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of field activities, including capture records, transport logs, and incident reports.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to case management, compliance, and reporting. Ensure adherence to animal welfare standards and relevant environmental regulations.
  • Educate clients and the public on wildlife behavior, prevention measures, and coexistence strategies.
  • Support the development and implementation of humane wildlife management solutions tailored to specific environments.
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance of equipment used for trapping and transportation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and regulatory bodies when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimally 1 year of driving experience required (Class 3)
  • 1 year of experience in handling domestic and wild animals is an added advantage.
  • Willing to work in shift hours and weekends.
  • Experience in welding is an advantage.
