We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle Database Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our database administration group, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of Oracle databases in production and development environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Manage and administer Oracle databases (versions 12c, 19c, and newer) in production and development environments.">
  3. Perform advanced database performance tuning, query optimization, and index management.">
  4. Design and implement high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and backup strategies (RMAN, Data Guard).">
  5. Automate routine database tasks using PL/SQL, Shell scripting, or Ansible.">
  6. Apply patches, perform upgrades/migrations (on-prem and cloud), and manage version control.">
  7. Implement and enforce database security, roles, and user access controls.">
  8. Monitor database health and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.">
  9. Provide L3 support for escalated incidents and lead root cause analysis.">
  10. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to support application and system integration.">
  11. Participate in on-call rotation and support weekend deployments when necessary.">

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as an Oracle Database Administrator.">
  • Advanced knowledge of Oracle database architecture, performance tuning, and security.">
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.">
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.">

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.">
