Job Title: Skincare Specialist At our beauty salon, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Skincare Specialist to join our team. Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert skincare advice and treatment to our clients. They will work closely with other therapists to ensure that all treatments are carried out to the highest standards of quality and customer care. Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receiving customer bookings and arranging appointments over the phone
  • Receiving and greeting walk-in customers on arrival
  • Providing skincare guidelines to customers
  • Performing deep tissue, hot stone, Indian head and Swedish massage
  • Cleaning and sterilising beauty treatment equipment
  • Performing brow tinting, manicures and nail extensions
  • Keeping track of lotions, nail polishes, facial creams and other beauty products
  • Recognising problems and referring customers to medical practitioners where necessary
  • Collaborating with the staff to keep the work area clean and create a pleasant atmosphere for the clients
 Requirements
  • A recognised qualification in beauty therapy (level 2 or higher)
  • Proven experience in skincare treatments and customer service
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards clients
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
