As a Senior Beauty Professional, you will provide expert beauty treatments and services to our clients.

Job Description

A Senior Beautician is responsible for delivering high-quality beauty services, supervising junior staff members, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction in a salon or spa environment. This role requires specialization in skincare, hair removal, makeup applications, facials, and other beauty services while maintaining rigorous hygiene and professional standards.

This position involves a range of key responsibilities:

  • Beauty Services & Treatments: Perform advanced beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, and massages.
  • Provide expert skincare treatments and makeup applications.
  • Recommend suitable products and treatments based on client needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Diploma or certification in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a beauty salon or spa.
  • Specialized training in advanced beauty treatments (e.g., skin treatments, laser, microdermabrasion) is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in various beauty treatments and skincare procedures.
  • Strong customer service and consultation skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Good knowledge of beauty products and industry trends.
