The Research Assistant (Cryogenic Electronics) role at our esteemed institution seeks a talented professional to spearhead simulation and characterization of high-speed cryogenic nano-devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Theoretical investigation and design of innovative cryogenic semiconductor devices.
- Experimental characterization, simulation, and analysis of cryogenic devices.
- Providing general research support to the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
- Familiarity with micro and nano device simulation and characterization.
