Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional to join our team in delivering exceptional plant machinery upkeep.

  • Responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance of plant machinery and monitoring of critical spare parts, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Carry out thorough inspections, diagnose issues, and perform corrective maintenance on plant machines to ensure seamless operations.
  • Support the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs and machine repair initiatives, promoting efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to attend to machines installation, modification, safety items, laboratory equipment, etc., ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize machinery performance and reduce waste.
  • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to source spare parts and resolve technical issues related to machine repair or maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in maintenance/repair of machinery in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming and automation systems.
  • Self-disciplined, independent, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of staff.
  • Able to commit to 12 hours shift work and adapt to changing priorities.
