Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to support our day-to-day operations and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team in managing day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring seamless communication with customers, transporters, warehouses, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate documentation for import, export, transshipments, and delivery order releases, verifying accuracy and compliance.
  • Verify all costs associated with shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to rates, shipment tracking, and other logistics-related concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Communicate and collaborate with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment handling and resolution of any issues.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in freight forwarding, ocean freight, logistics, administration, inventory management, and customer service would be beneficial. A strong understanding of compliance regulations is also essential.
