Job Overview
- Liaise and communicate with Client and fulfill the requirements of the O&M contract;
- Schedule the plant operation activities without affecting the client's operation;
- Lead the team of shift operator;
Key Responsibilities
- Plant day to day operation (24/7), planning, budget, documentation, manpower arrangement and managing the overall plant activities;
- Liaise with the client maintenance team for planned maintenance activities without affecting plant operation;
- Plant HSE;
- Prepare and submit the documents as per requirement (Daily, monthly and based on the requirement) for those reports;
- Ensure all the operation data are correctly recorded and updated accordingly in the plant's log book and computerised system.
Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge about industrial water/waste water treatment technologies;
- Microsof Office / Google Workspace skills;
- Know the good industrial practices on Plant operation management/Asset management;
- Laboratory and analytical skills with regards to water industry;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environment Engineering or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Plant Engineer or in a similar role within a WWTP environment;
- Strong knowledge of machinery and equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems;
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
Working Arrangements
- Candidates with higher experience will also be considered suitably;
- Successful candidates will be working in Tuas South vicinity, and may occasionally be going to Tuas office;
- Company transport is provided.
