Job Summary

The role of an Assistant Customer Relations Officer is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication between residents and our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a crucial part in addressing resident concerns and feedback.


This position requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills, who can effectively manage interactions with residents while upholding the highest standards of customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Customer Relations Officer in attending to resident queries and complaints.
  • Coordinate site inspections and assist with arranging logistics as needed.
  • Collaborate with the site team and subcontractors under close supervision.
  • Maintain accurate records of defects and submit reports as required.
  • Escalate complex issues promptly for further action.
  • Contribute to administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least 5 subjects passed at GCE 'O' Level or NITEC qualifications.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or administration is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
