Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Intermediary Business Development Director for South East Asia. This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership, business development, and client relationship management skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the growth of our intermediary channels in the region, developing and executing business plans to drive revenue growth, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and product offerings that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the South East Asia market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to understand their needs and preferences and to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and product offerings that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure effective execution of business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy and decision-making.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the asset management industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion in the South East Asia market.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity.
