Job Title: eCommerce Technical Project Manager

">Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical project manager to lead the delivery of our eCommerce platform enhancements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing an in-house team of business analysts, solution architects, developers, and QAs from a global delivery center in India.

You will act as the primary delivery liaison with our client's PMO and business teams, tracking progress, addressing queries, and aligning on priorities. Your role will involve leading Agile delivery cycles, including sprint planning, workload and requirement sizing, daily standups, and backlog grooming to ensure consistent, sprint-based output.

Additionally, you will oversee and coordinate release readiness activities, including regression testing, UAT, defect triage, and deployment support, in collaboration with solution architects. You will maintain comprehensive project documentation (Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint) and provide regular delivery status updates and project reporting to our clients.

Our ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in project management or delivery experience. Knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), Web Technologies & REST API, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PPT is preferred. A good understanding of consumer electronics or similar domain knowledge is also beneficial.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Project Management / Delivery Experience.
  • Solid understanding of Agile Methodologies.
  • Knowledge in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), Web Technologies & REST API, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PPT is preferred.
  • Good understanding of consumer electronics or similar domain knowledge is beneficial.
