The Singapore Kindness Movement is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting kindness and graciousness in Singapore. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Education and Kindness Program Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in advancing our mission.

This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with vendors for outsourced design and copywriting, and ensuring quality in all educational materials. You will report to the Deputy Director (Education) and Executive Director.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the development and timely delivery of educational materials for preschool and primary school students, in consultation with the Ministry of Education Citizenship and Character Education Branch.
- Oversee the production process for newsletters from color proofing to final print and delivery.
- Liaise with animation agencies to manage schedules and ensure each episode aligns with content briefs and timelines.
- Ensure the website is updated by coordinating with relevant team members or vendors.
- Oversee procurement processes, ensuring good governance and managing budgets and logistics for assigned programs and events.
- Establish evaluation standards to track the effectiveness of educational materials and provide post-event reports.
- Bachelor's degree in education, social work, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate effectively with vendors and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Collaborative mindset and adaptability.
$80,000 - $100,000 per annum.
