The Role

We're looking for an expert to join our fintech team. This person will help solve complex problems and create elegant solutions that keep pace with our growth plans.

Responsibilities
  • Process Optimisation: Develop scalable processes to support our hyper-growth in Singapore.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Work with local Operations teams and London HQ to devise detailed playbooks, product integrations and execution strategies.
  • Project Prioritisation: Explore and define which projects the team should prioritise, and set a strategy and timeline to reach goals quickly.
  • Critical Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with vendors and build performance tracking systems.
  • Supply Chain Partnerships: Develop strategic partnerships and negotiate commercial terms.
Requirements
  • 4-10 years of experience in consulting, expansion, a fast-growing startup or similar.
  • STEM degree or other highly quantitative field of study.
  • Solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end.
  • Ability to break down difficult problems into simpler ones and enjoy working with data.
  • Natural curiosity and will to make an impact.
  • Interest in the financial industry.
Nice to Have
  • SQL proficiency.
