We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven professional to join our retail banking team as a Mortgage Sales Associate. This role involves promoting and cross-selling a suite of unsecured credit products, including personal loans, credit lines, and credit cards, to customers through various channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers and generating sales for personal loan and credit card products through direct sales, telesales, roadshows, or digital platforms. They will conduct needs-based financial assessments to recommend suitable loan solutions to customers, explain product features, loan terms, and repayment schedules clearly and professionally, and support customers in the application process.

Key responsibilities include meeting monthly individual and team sales targets, maintaining a high level of customer service and relationship management, ensuring compliance with regulations, internal policies, and fair lending practices, and participating in promotional activities and marketing campaigns organized by the company.
