Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced carpenter supervisor to oversee and coordinate carpentry projects on residential and commercial sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on quality, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Skilled Carpentry Experience:
- Proven experience in skilled carpentry with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Detailed Understanding:
- Able to read and understand detailed drawings and technical specifications.
- Independent Work:
- Independent ability to fabricate and install carpentry works on-site and off-site.
- Tools and Equipment:
- Proficiency in using tools, machines, and equipment such as electric saws.
- Flexibility:
- Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts for commercial projects.
- Safety Awareness:
- Awareness of safety rules and regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Cleanliness:
- Ability to maintain clean and hygienic conditions on and off the job site.
