Nursery Operations Supervisor

Join our team of horticultural experts as a Plant Care Manager. We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursery.
Job Description:We are looking for a skilled and organized individual to manage the care of plants in our nursery. As a Plant Care Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising the daily tasks of our nursery workers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate plant production activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control.
- Oversee and supervise nursery workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet productivity standards.
- Monitor and maintain all nursery equipment and machinery, ensuring efficient use and minimizing downtime.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in horticulture, including plant propagation, pest management, and irrigation systems.
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager to develop cost estimates and quotations for tender submissions.
- Degree or diploma in Horticulture, Plant Science, Agriculture, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in nursery management, preferably with hydroculture exposure.
- Strong knowledge of nursery operations, including plant propagation, pest management, and irrigation systems.
- Proven leadership skills in supervising and motivating teams.
