SAP Supply Chain Solution Architects serve as vital links between business requirements and technology solutions in the SCM Planning domain, with a focus on Inventory Management and Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client business needs to identify opportunities for process improvements anchored on technology solutions.
  • Lead software evaluation exercises to select the most suitable technologies.
  • Design and architect technology solutions that meet customer needs.

This role involves both pre-sales and project delivery. Key activities include:

  • Preparing, reviewing, and delivering SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP MM, SAP PM, and SAP WM) solutions for customers.
  • Proposing SAP solutions and selecting technologies to meet customer requirements.
  • Leading and conducting business workshops and assessments.
  • Articulating alternatives in terms of cost, benefit, and risk where multiple solutions exist.
  • Highlighting the positive impact of NCS solutions to help customers achieve their business goals.
  • Providing pre-sales delivery of consultancy services to customers on a global basis.
  • Effectively engaging stakeholders in sales, project decisions, and execution.
  • Building long-term customer relationships by anticipating and exceeding expectations.
  • Identifying, building, and managing partnerships with product vendors to strengthen NCS's product capabilities and stay current with emerging technologies.
