Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our student recruitment, brand building, and business development efforts. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, forming strategic partnerships, and increasing enrolment across our training and education programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base, conducting sales presentations, webinars, and info sessions, generating leads, monitoring the lead pipeline, and providing weekly reports to the Director, Sales/Business Development. Additionally, they will determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results, drive content strategy across social media, email, website, and paid ads, oversee campaigns for course launches, events, and seasonal promotions, work with the Director and Deputy Director on marketing budget, and develop cost-effective sales and marketing plans.

Our ideal candidate must have a sense of experience in sales and digital marketing, excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets, ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level, proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, articulate the distinct aspects of products and services, position products against competitors, understand the impact of operational initiatives from a sales or marketing person's perspective, demonstrate experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions, prepare reports, use appropriate modes of communication, analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on data and trends.

Key Requirements
  • The candidate MUST have a sense of experience in sales and Digital Marketing.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
