About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the entire lifecycle of our Youth Interns Exchange Scheme (YES) program. The successful candidate will establish and maintain strong partnerships with local and international organizations, ensuring seamless and enriching experiences for interns.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as a good understanding of China and international relations. A Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Business, Marketing, Chinese Studies, Social Science, International Relations, or other relevant disciplines is required.

This is an individual contributor role, although you may lead project teams. Being a self-starter is essential, and having a passion for youth development programs/activities would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of the YES program
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with local and international organizations
- Collaborate with educational institutions and industry partners to align internship opportunities with academic and professional goals
- Monitor and evaluate the success of the internship program
- Prepare regular updates and reports for senior management

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin – written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Business, Marketing, Chinese Studies, Social Science, International Relations, or other relevant disciplines
- Good knowledge and interest in China and international relations
- At least 3-10 years of relevant working experience or at least 2 years of working experience in events management
- Experience in organizing youth development programs/activities would be advantageous
