Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to our organization's innovative projects and technologies. As an Applied Scientist, you will work closely with customers to design and run experiments, research new algorithms, and optimize risk, profitability, and customer experience.

This role requires expertise in using generative AI and other techniques to design, implement, and evaluate state-of-the-art solutions for complex problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with AI/ML scientists and architects to research, design, develop, and evaluate generative AI solutions.
  • Interact with customers to understand their business needs, aid them in implementing generative AI solutions, and provide guidance on adoption patterns and paths to production.
  • Help customers optimize their solutions through model selection, training, tuning, right-sizing, distillation, and hardware optimization.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to help define product direction.
