Compliance CDD Analyst Role Summary

We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance CDD Analyst to fill this critical position. This role is essential in ensuring robust client due diligence processes and maintaining high standards in documentation review and stakeholder coordination.

The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting and applying CDD guidelines and documentation requirements for individual and corporate clients, as well as demonstrating expertise in various corporate entity structures and their corresponding documentation and account setup requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and apply CDD regulations and documentation necessities for individual and corporate clients.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of diverse corporate entity types and their associated documentation and account setup prerequisites.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of client onboarding documentation, static data maintenance, and transaction-related documents.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex documentation issues.
  • Track, monitor, and escalate accounts or transactions with documentation deficiencies or approved exceptions.
  • Ensure timely processing of business requests related to documentation.
  • Generate and manage reports including daily updates, exception tracking, and aging analysis.
  • Support the team in achieving KPIs and departmental objectives.
  • Execute client service requests accurately using systems such as ICOS, Avaloq, and CICSH.
  • Liaise directly with Front Office to resolve rework items.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of client onboarding and data maintenance guidelines.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable to evolving regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and reporting capabilities.
