Electrical Technicians play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of marine vessels. As an Electrical Technical Officer, you will be responsible for planning and performing electrical related operations, including corrective and preventative maintenance and inspection of the vessel's electrical equipment, machinery, and associated plants. All work will be carried out in accordance with safe working practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report any electrical issues to the Chief Engineer and assist with corrective maintenance and temporary repairs
  • Maintain a strong commitment to safety and company procedures at all times
  • Perform DP maintenance when required by the Chief Engineer
  • Participate in watch keeping duties as instructed by the Chief Engineer

Please note that this list of duties is not exhaustive and tasks may vary depending on the assigned vessel.

Requirements:
  • Hold an ETO license (STCW III/6)

We require a minimum of 4 months' seafaring experience in the rank on AHTS, OSV, or MPSV vessels.
