Job Opportunity for Shared Bicycle Operators

We are seeking skilled and reliable individuals to join our team as Shared Bicycle Operators. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the balance of our bicycle-sharing system across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate company vehicles to collect and deploy shared bicycles based on app-generated instructions.
  • Monitor bicycle distribution across designated zones and follow rebalancing plans to meet demand.
  • Perform basic checks to ensure bicycles are safe and usable before redeployment.
  • Load and unload bicycles in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with the operations team to meet daily rebalancing targets.
  • Adhere to all road safety and compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license in Singapore.
  • Familiarity with Singapore road networks and traffic regulations.
  • Able to use a smartphone and mobile applications effectively.
  • Physically fit – able to lift and move bicycles regularly.
  • Able to work independently and responsibly.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Good time management and punctuality.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.

Working Hours:

  • 6 days work week, KPI based.
