">The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the division's financial activities, including procurement, budgeting, and financial operations.
">This is a key role that requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the procurement of goods and services, including sourcing suppliers, preparing tender/quotation, invitations to quote or purchase orders, liaising with contractors/vendors and managing contracts;">
- Conduct briefing and sharing sessions on finance and procurement matters, and manage related enquiries from internal stakeholders;">
- Review internal financial and procurement procedures and processes to improve work efficiency and effectiveness;">
- Perform other related duties as assigned.">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you should have:
">- ">
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in finance and/or procurement;">
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;">
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment;">
- Good working knowledge of government finance and procurement processes and system (i.e. GeBIZ);">
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications and IT systems.">
