We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced TCM Operations Manager to join our team at NAM HONG WELFARE SERVICE SOCIETY. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our TCM clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement operational plans to achieve clinic goals and objectives.
    • Coordinate and oversee the provision of TCM services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Patient Safety and Care
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including infection control measures.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote patient safety and well-being.
  • Inventory Management and Logistics
    • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control of medical supplies and equipment.
    • Ensure efficient and effective logistics to support clinic operations.
  • Strategic Planning and Business Development
    • Participate in strategic planning and business development initiatives to drive clinic growth and improvement.
    • Develop and implement business plans to achieve clinic objectives.
  • Human Resources and Training
    • Oversee the management of TCM students and interns, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Public Education and Outreach
    • Develop and implement public education and outreach programs to promote Traditional Chinese Medicine.
    • Represent the clinic at community events and conferences.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and analyze operational reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement data-driven decision-making processes to inform clinic operations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
    • Identify and mitigate risks to the clinic and its stakeholders.
    Requirements
    • At least 1 year of experience in operations, preferably in a healthcare or TCM setting.
    • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Bilingual proficiency (to be able to converse with Mandarin-speaking patients).
    • Specialist TCM Physicians are welcome to apply.
    • Salary will commensurate with experience and educational qualifications.
    • Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, 5 working days (Off On Sunday and one Weekday).
