As a pivotal member of our HR department, you will play a key role in shaping the careers of interns and employees.
Job Overview- This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks with ease.
- Internship Management: End-to-end management of intern processes including document collection, onboarding, clearance, records management, and offboarding.
- Recruitment Support: Assisting the Talent Acquisition team with interview scheduling, candidate records, onboarding, and recruitment-related administrative tasks.
- Data & Records Management: Reviewing, cleaning, verifying, and maintaining HR datasets and employee records across systems to ensure accuracy.
- Career Fairs & Outreach: Providing logistical support such as preparing and distributing collaterals and ensuring sufficient stock for events.
- HR Administrative Support: Acting as a covering officer for HR Business Partnership matters including maintaining employee files, updating records, and handling related administrative duties.
- Education: Diploma in HR Management (or relevant HR experience for non-diploma holders).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of HR experience preferably in HR administration, recruitment, internship, or data management within government agencies.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially advanced Excel knowledge of RPA Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
- Nationality: Only Singaporeans are eligible for this role.
