About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Football Association of Singapore as a Human Capital Business Partner, where you will play a key role in administering Human Capital processes and related projects. Reporting to the Assistant Director, Human Capital, you will be responsible for handling employee claims' function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain HC Hub
  • Provide basic HC business partnership with assigned departments
  • Administer HC processes and advocate HC procedures – Employee access pass, org chart maintenance, recruitment drive, MOM work pass application, personnel File maintenance, etc.
  • Employee Cohesive Program Coordination
  • Employee insurance administration
  • Administer claims processing in a timely and accurate manner
  • Process monthly employee's claims and verify time attendance/receipts for payments
  • Provide manpower report
  • Handle employee's enquiries pertaining to the claims

Requirements:

  • Able to administer HR processes efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
