Loyalty Marketing Associate Job Description

The role of a Loyalty Marketing Associate involves being part of a dynamic team that works towards making a lifestyle rewards programme the choice in Singapore and beyond.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to increase awareness of the brand, drive member acquisitions, and improve member engagement through effective communications across all channels globally.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Coding, setting up, and troubleshooting electronic direct mailers to be sent via various platforms.
  2. Assisting with the management of KrisFlyer-related pages on social media sites.
  3. Writing and publishing articles on the company's blog, including resizing and editing key visuals for the articles.
  4. Fulfilment of wishes for charity partner beneficiaries.
  5. Coordinating marketing and budget tracking administrative activities.
  6. Providing manpower and administrative assistance for on-ground event activities.
  7. Designing and editing artworks with Adobe Photoshop.
  8. Designing and layout of inhouse newsletter as well as copywriting and copy editing.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of some years of working experience.
  • Diploma with good academic results and digital savvy.
  • Well-versed in HTML coding and the use of Microsoft Excel as well as Adobe Photoshop.
  • Meticulous, creative, with an eye for detail and good communication and written skills.
  • A responsible team player with a high standard of excellence.
  • Ability to work independently as well as multi-task.
  • Supportive and proactive, with the ability to work well in a team.
